Stacy and Margaret assisted us in the selling of our family home to downsize to a townhome closer to our children and grandchildren. It was an emotional time for us since we had lived in Sherman for over 25 years. They treated us with compassion, while utilizing their expert knowledge in real estate. They were able to guide us through the process from getting our home ready for others to view to explaining the closing documents with kindness and skill. They were also at the ready to continue to serve us by negotiating a new contract on the townhome we decided to purchase in North Richland Hills. It was a little trek over there, but they came when we needed them and helped us visualize how to make a smaller place feel like home.
