Anytime I’ve needed something, Tyler has been on it right away—he’s so prompt and reliable.What I love most is how he keeps me in the loop about plans for the property and always gives proper notice before stopping by. It’s clear that he and his family genuinely care about their tenants. Tyler Fox not only supplies you with an abundance of investment listings in Corpus and Port Aransas to choose from, he’ll do in-depth research on the actual investment returns, so you can calculate if the property will be the golden goose you’re looking for. In fact, actually touring the property hands on became a secondary consideration. Tyler made himself available for any questions I had and I had many. Don’t go with the mega firms when you can get your own personal and private real estate agent extraordinaire!

I never felt rushed, and appreciated the time we spent looking at homes. Not the first home Ive purchased, but I definitely found working with Tyler more enjoyable.
