Sonia had an excellent record of closing transactions for her clients, even in very competitive markets.The photographer she chose was wonderful. The pictures REALLY made the house stand out. She is excellent at negotiation strategy and execution. We were always on the same page.We could not be more proud of Sonia in all the categories of personality, values, and skills that are so important in an agent. I kidded Sonia that when she took us on as clients, she was signed up for life. She was beyond excellent to work with all through the process, and was (is) still helping us AFTER the deals were closedSonia made us feel comfortable in every stage of the process. One of her strengths is the ability to read people and situations and achieve the best outcome for her clients. She has very good negotiating skills, and a real feel for negotiation strategy. She has a wealth of ideas on alternative ways to achieve the same ends. She also had good contacts and was able to suggest people/companies that provide excellent services that are required in various stages of the process (like house cleaners, movers, inspectors, etc.)

We knew that Sonia was an intelligent and dedicated agent who would do as much as she could to get us into the perfect home and she did just that. We had no reservations when we chose her to be our realtor.Sonia was extremely honest and available whenever we needed her in regards to finding out information about a house or going to view a property. She was always there to answer any questions about paperwork or the process and if she didnt know, she made sure to find out right away. When looking at houses, Sonia would often be the one to point out any abnormalities within the house and was always very honest with us. She always made sure to keep our best interest first and that we were staying within our price range and affordability.Throughout our more than 2 month process of looking for a home, we ended up looking at 36 houses and putting in a total of 9 offers. Sonia was at every single showing with us and made herself readily available when we needed her. She was very professional and always on time and prepared each time we saw her. She made sure to explain everything to us and made us feel comfortable throughout this entire stressful time.Although stressful, the entire experience could not have been successful without Sonia Allison. We may have seen more houses than we originally thought we were going to; however, the experience was all worth it because Sonia helped us purchase our dream home in the end. After meeting her we NEVER considered any other agent. She has been amazing. She also helped us to sell our house and to buy another one in 2020. Sonia was excellent!She has strong knowledge of the real state market and understood my needs and objectives. She developed a portfolio of options that satisfied us.Her support during weekends, late night is highly appreciated. She helped us through the whole process even with our basic / first time owner questions.We felt supported and comfortable with the whole process.All the documentation and numbers were explained before hand which was very important and we were not surprised with last moment fees or inner lines.
