When I set out to find an agent in the area, there were 2 whose names came up repeatedly. After interviewing both agents, Somer was hands down, the right choice for us.Somer made a cumbersome project, so easy. Our situation, while somewhat normal, was not normal.At no point during the process did my faith in Somers ability to deliver results ever waiver. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, responsive (to a fault) and an excellent partner to have on a project which can overwhelm some people.Our situation was unique and had many chances to encounter costly & timely hurdles. Somer kept those at bay and never let them come close to happening. So I will say to Somer, “Thank you”.Texas is lucky to Somer.

Somer was referred to us and based on our great experience we have been referring her to others.We worked with Somer to sell our house and purchase a lot to build our next home. She was a true professional that guided us every step of the way. From the moment I contacted her she was fully committed. Somer helped me sell my Forest Village home. She was a referral from my California realtor. She helped me navigate through multiple offers and ultimately I sold the home to a buyer who made it to closing without too much drama. Somer is very diligent and even found a way for us to stay in communication while she was on a cruise. (Yes, realtors are allowed to take vacations.) But she also had another realtor and the transaction coordinator on hand, if needed. I highly recommend Somer and plan to work with her again should I decide to sell another property.

As first time home buyers, we were very lucky to have Somer as our realtor. We purchased our home while living abroad and definitely couldnt have done it without Somers experience and knowledge. She went above and beyond every step of the way. We were on an awkward timezone, but she worked extended hours to accommodate our unique situation. She even took care of making some phone calls for us knowing we werent able to call during business hours. She really treated us like family and helped us above and beyond what we expected! Somer was excellent!! As a first time home buyer I did not know much and had a lot of questions. Somer answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood the whole process. She was very easy to get a hold of at any of day time when I had urgent questions via call, text or email, which was wonderful and easy. She did not make us feel pressured and had our best interests in mind.We are currently searching for our second home and Somer is the only realtor I will use!

Somer is the absolute best realtor in Houston. We bought our home with her 5 years ago after meeting her at an open house that we stopped by on a whim. She was professional and everything went smooth with that purchase so she was our first call when it came time for us to sell. She was flexible and worked with us to set a meeting time for the initial meeting. We had to reschedule several times due to my work schedule and she was able to accommodate each time. She arrived at our home well researched and with a strong knowledge of the market in our area, greater Houston, and the market at this time of year / in this economy (September - October time frame). We took her advice on pricing (which was more than we initially thought we could get for the home), and listed our house on 9/12, by 9/26 we had over 15 showings and two full-price offers on the table. The marketing campaign that she launched when our listing went live was very effective. Once under contract, we had a few issues come up on the home inspection. Somer was able to reach out into her network to suggest contractors who were able to repair the issues quickly and professionally. This was a huge help for us and kept the stress levels low. She explained each step of the sale process clearly and ensured that we always knew what to expect. Closing went smoothly, and throughout this process, she was constantly available to my wife and I, including weekends and evenings. The entire process was everything we could have asked for and we wouldnt consider using any other realtor in the Houston area. Thanks Somer!

Somer was recommended to us in May 2013, when my soon-to-be husband and I were seeking a rental home. Once we contacted her, she immediately took the lead in finding homes for us, and setting us appointments to visit. She visited 6 different rental homes with us until we finally settled on one. We were so impressed by her willingness to work so hard to find us the right house, though she would make little commission off of a rental home. It was obvious to us that Somer clearly cared about us finding the right fit for our needs. In February 2014, we contacted Somer to let her know that we wanted to buy a home during the summer, when our one year lease ended. We told her the area we were seeking, and what we were looking for in a home. We just wanted to give her a heads up that we intended to use her for the purchase, but didn’t expect to start looking until April or May. Well within a week of contacting her, Somer sent us a home that had everything we were looking for. Better yet—the seller didn’t want to close until the end of May, so it perfectly fit our timeline to move at the end of our lease! We looked at the home and immediately put in our offer. It was accepted the next day, and we couldn’t have been more thrilled! The closing process with our seller became rather difficult, but Somer was there as a great mediator every step of the way. Even after we closed, she followed up with us to make sure the seller followed through with repairs she had committed to that had not been done correctly yet. Somer’s approachability, sincere attitude, and always on-top-of-things work ethic made our home leasing and buying experience so much easier and more enjoyable.Since buying our home, we have recommended Somer to three friends and they have all had similar amazing experiences. Of course we have real estate agent friends that we could recommend, but we keep telling people about Somer because she honestly does an amazing job! So if you’re looking to buy or rent a home, save yourself the headache of dealing with a sub-par agent and just call Somer. Trust me, you’ll be so happy that you did!

Somer helped us find our first home and all I have to say is that our experience was absolutely fabulous! Somer is extremely busy but there was not a single question, concern, text or call that wasn’t addressed momentarily! I have no idea how Somer can handle such a stressful job but she does it and she does it great! I came to her office and right away told her that I will be a very difficult client to work with and that it will take us at least a year to find a home that I would like. Im not exaggerating but Somer helped us find a house that we all fell in love with in less than a week!!!Somer had also been with us until the very end of the process when we got the keys to the house. Over the years, we have gone through the home sale process 5 times and Somer is the best a selling a house ... which is not a knock against our past agents. Somers marketing of the home was superb. Pricing of the house was spot on. The video of the property and the photography were top notch. Somers communication was very responsive throughout the process.
