There is no way to explain how awesome Shawn and Lacey were to us. Lacey was our realtor and Shawn was always there to help. Laceys knowledge of our area and the whole process was great. We were first time sellers and knew nothing. If I had a question, they explained it very honestly and easily, I never was made to feel like it was a dumb question. Every call or text if Lacey responded so quickly, within minutes, and if she couldnt explain it Shawn was right there to help me too. I sold a manufactured home and their knowledge of the market for these homes was so appreciated. Since selling, we have moved and I called them for advice and they did find a realtor for me to use, I moved 6 hours away. They still helped with any questions when buying our new home. They make you feel like friends and go above and beyond. Lacey just recently sold my daughter her first home! I highly highly recommend Shawn and Lacey with any real estate needs. They are an amazing team and theyre knowledge is outstanding! She made it very fun and easy process for me! They took the stress away!

Hands down the best! Shawn and Lacey are so knowledgeable and made house buying a breeze! They helped explain all the terms and conditions in a language we understood. They took the time to show us many houses and some that were really far away multiple times. They worked weekends and evenings to help us purchase our first house! This is the place to go, but only if you want outstanding service, with awesome communication and personable peiple. Weve bought / sold 4 houses and Sean and Lacey are, from day one, in a league of their own. I simply cant imagine the whole process running any smoother. We both bought and sold through SLD. Apart from showing us houses multiple times, they were always on the lookout for potential buyers.
