Simone went above and beyond from the start. Between my work schedule and my kids getting sick she was very understanding and had no problem moving her schedule around to be able to meet with us. As soon as our house went live on the market she stayed in communication with us throughout the entire process even when she was on vacation!!. She made the process as smooth as possible and even took a few tasks off our load as we were also in the process of moving. I can’t recommend her enough! We were referred to Simone from a peer; we moved to Abilene from East Texas. Simone took us on very short notice, and organized a route for us to see all the houses we wanted to see into a single afternoon. She is extremely personable, always communicated in a timely fashion, and convinced the seller of the house we wanted to accept a VA loan when the seller did not want to do that. She worked with and stayed in contact with our mortgage person and translated mortgage speak to us in easy to understand terms.She is the full package, highly recommend, 10 out of 10 all day long!! We were lucky to have her as our realitor!
