I highly highly highly recommend Sheryl! She is awesome. I relocated from California and got her information from a past client of hers. We started looking the first week of February this year, I was under contract the next week, and in my home March. She did an amazing job showing me homes even from across the country. Truly the best decision I ever made was switching over to Sheryl. She was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn’t be happy with her quick response and professionalism. Within the same day of me contacting her, she went and showed me 2 different homes (in the rain) and by the end of the day I had found my new place. She was very on top of everything and checked in everyday to make sure all my things were together. I will most definitely be recommending her to my friends and family.

Sheryl Santee encompasses every single one of these characteristics and so much more! When we started our selling/buying process, Sheryl set up a meeting with us and went over our desires, and everything that we could expect going forward. We created a timeline and she guided us on the journey the entire way through. She helped us stay focused on the tasks at hand- as there was a lot going on and sometimes it’s easy to get distracted when trying to sell and buy simultaneously. Sheryl helped us over every hurdle, across every bridge, and through every valley throughout this process. Being that it was a seller’s market, we knew it wasn’t going to be easy, but this woman was prepared for the fight! Not only was she familiar with areas we were looking to move, she was also knowledgeable about certain builders and what each one required. Sheryl knows her stuff!
