Great experience . I wish there was rating more than 5 stars.I would have given Sherien 10 stars.Words can not describe how my husband and I appreciate all the help Sherien has provided us.She is knowledgeable and knows the market very well.During our house hunting period ( which btw lasted less than a couple of weeks after giving her our wish list) She was always available and understood all our needs.This is why we only went once to look for houses and picked our dream home immediately.She also has a very good understanding of the process ( lenders, builders, etc…) and was literally holding our hands during the whole journey.We also have to mention that her services do not end at the closing, she is continuing to support us find the right providers as well when it comes to security, loan services, handy men, blinds,etc..I am already recommending her to my colleagues at work who are completely stunned with how smooth our house hunting was thanks to Sherien.We are so happy we had her as our agent and wish her more success.Caroline and Tamer

Sherien Joyner, the best! I just closed on my house yesterday, Sherien Joyner was my agent, it was a rather difficult job for her as I live in a different state!Why do I say that she is the best?1- Throughout the process, she was very professional, first she went over the property, and gave me a list of needed modifications, according to their priorities.2- As I mentioned before, being out of state, I could not contact the contractors or oversee their work, Sherien did all that! She suggested several names, gave me her recommendations, and explained why she recommended them. She continuously oversaw the work, every step was done under her supervision, and she always sent me reports and photos of the progress. The final result was much better than I expected and cost me less!3- My best interest was her prime concern every step of the way, in any situation, she took the time to explain to me all the options, and only when I asked her would she tell me what she thought, she never imposed anything on me.4- Sherien is a brilliant negotiator, as in every sale, some problems came up, and every single time she negotiated extremely well with the best results.5. She always kept me updated, either by messaging me or calling me to update me on what was going on, I give her an A+ in communications!6- Sherien is fully aware of the market and bases her recommendations on thorough research. She researched every step from deciding on the propertys price to closing.I am truly grateful to Sherien for all her work and effort in closing on this property, and making it all go so smoothly!

Perfect blend of expertise, empathy, and energy. Sherien was PHENOMENAL helping us beat a tough market with multiple offers to land a home that met our tough conditions. She was extremely communicative, knowledgeable, connected and strategic from start to finish. Her expertise made the whole process surprisingly smooth, but her empathy is what really won the day, both keeping us focused on the goal and helping tell our story to win the deal. We ended up not only being able to purchase but at a much more reasonable price point than I had expected. A trusted and valuable member of our team. Working with Sherien was a great decision. She has a lot of energy and makes you feel like you are her only client. Always quick to respond. She offers advice about the best way to present your home to potential buyers. She uses many marketing avenues to get the word out including social media, direct contact with other agents, sparkling MLS listing etc. We had interest and requests for showings even before we went active. We never worried about the process or paperwork. Sherien understands all the requirements and nuances of a real estate transaction. If we ever require the assistance of an agent again, Sherien will be our first choice.

Sherien Did Great! - Very quick contract over asking price. We were literally trying to thread a needle, as we found a home that we wanted, but needed to sell our house first. And we didnt want to buy any other home. Sherien worked very hard to help accomplish our goal on both ends of the transaction. We went live on a Friday morning. Had an open house on Sunday two days later. And had multiple offers by Monday, with a signed contract that was $12,000.00 over asking later that week. Sherien also helped with the purchase of our new home, which was a new construction build that was on the verge of completion when we found it. She was very knowledgeable about all the different laws and contract issues on both the sale and purchase ends of our deals. And her review and comments on the various documents was invaluable and a huge time saver for me.

Amazing͏ Superstar Realtor!Sherien is not your average realtor. She goes above and beyond most.If you’re looking for a realtor who will hang a sign in your yard, post your home listing and sit back and wait for buyers, that’s not Sherien.Her initial meeting she will ask many questions to get a flow of what your wants and expectations are. She’s not afraid to chip in and help any way to do what it takes to get your home “show” ready. She will help with staging and advice on decluttering but most importantly she is a wealth of knowledge in financing options. Some I had never even heard about. She had us pre-qualified for 4 different types of loans so all our bases were covered for anything that came up. Plus she has a long list of people she uses for loans, title, closing, contractors whatever it is you need. She works her own open houses unlike many realtors who send a team member. Every phone call we had with our lender she was conferenced in making sure nothing slipped up. Even asking questions I would have never known to ask.She’s diligent in following up on any showings from your home and has a wealth of social media sites that she pushes your home out to as well as attending our closing to complete the whole home selling/buying process.I’ve dealt with realtors before and many really aren’t anymore than a listing agent. We have used the services of many realtors over the years. I admittedly fall into the camp of folks that have always felt that realtors provide no real value. HOWEVER, Ive been proven wrong (and happy that I was), when Sherien represented us on the sale of our home. She actually does what she says shes going to do. She hustles and doesnt just buy a listing like so many others out there. She actually sells and closes a deal, versus some others out there that just plain dont do anything. So, theres my endorsement of Sherien. You cant go wrong because when you watch her working your deal, youll understand that theres the real value - something that the industry has sometimes forgotten through the use of technology and cliched listings.
