Sheridan was amazing she help my wife and I get our first home. She explained everything to us as it was our first time buying house. She fought for us to get things taken care of that should have already been taken care in my opinion and she never gave up. She was a huge help and was always free for my wife and I to ask question. One day my husband and I drove past an open house and decided to take a look. We didn’t click with the home, but we found Emma, who we immediately got along with. She was kind and informative and not pushy at all. We gave her a call when we wanted to see some other houses. She was just as excited to see houses as we were! Walking through each house felt more like you were shopping with a friend. She never made us feel like she wanted anything less than the best for us. When we finally found a home that we loved, she was completely on our side and helped us with everything, even financing, insurance, inspections, anything! Any questions we had or concerns she was right there. If she didn’t know the answer right, then she found the answer. She was not shy to fight for us when need be. Even after purchasing our home, she has checked on us. She truly cares about her job and does it well and you can tell that she cares about her clients. We will be using Emma for all of our realty needs in the future. I must add that we are not first time home buyers and this time buying a home went so fast and so smoothly not one gray hair was added to my head. I never lost any sleep at night because I was in good hands.

Sheridan and her team sold our house in 6 days aand we ended up with multiple offers.I am military and had an overseas move so we knew we were leaving long before we were ready to list, but went ahead and started meeting realtors ahead of time. I had my mom, a realtor out of Dallas go and find me the actual best realtor in the area by looking into specific criteria and she is actually the one that found me Sheridan.What I liked about Sheridan was that she was great about communicating. Specifically, she checked in even when something was not happening, but just made sure things were progressing. She handles a lot of sales, but always gives you her undivided attention when you are with her. I have had other folks constantly checking or answering texts and she wasnt like that. Her advice through the selling process was sound and she had great feedback or prepping, showing, and closing. She has a great network of folks that do high quality work at pretty fair rates when you need to make those little repairs that are always part of going under contract too.She also has 2 other realtors she works with, although I only met Emma, who was also fantastic. Emma did our open house and was also the elone that send us a lot of the various forms that are a natural part of real estate transactions.I liked Sheridans approach because I always felt like I had a team supporting us, instead of being passed off to someone else.Sheridan also demonstrated integrity throughout our home selling process. I think it is important to actually be able to trust your realtor and she never left me in doubt of her or her team.Finally, and I know this doesnt really have anything to do with the bona fides of home sales, my wife and I just liked talking to her. She managed to sell a house in a way that always felt more like talking to a friend versus just talking to a realtor. We liked that, and because we took a bit to go to market and then a bit longer to close while waiting for my orders to leave, we have a group chat that probably goes back almost half a year. It made checking in and keeping up a natural part of the process.If you are digging around looking for realtors, stop looking and call. Shes the one.
