Shelly was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to make our relocation easy. She was gracious and accommodating with her time and answered all our questions. She responded to messages quickly and even went to bat for us with our lender when some issues and miscommunications with them arose. I have no hesitation in highly recommending her and would gladly work with her again.

If you are buying a home, PICK SHELLY WOODS! She went above and beyond for me and my family. Very knowledgeable of the area, and market. We were very picky because we knew what we wanted and we had a very tight deadline, Shelly Woods delivered. She went to see homes with us and without us. Very flexible, also doing virtual showings. When I needed her early morning, she was there. When I had a question late at night, she answered.She is a wonder to work with and I recommend her 100%.

Shelly met with my husband and I with a 2 day notice of our arrival to Texas. She then dedicated 3 days to showing us many many homes and all around the area. We were on hold pending job opportunities and she stayed in touch and was ready to go the moment we knew we were moving. Unfortunately none of the houses we saw in those three days turned out to be our perfect home. So, as Shelly does, she took what she learned from our wants and needs in those first 3 days and helped us purchase our first home SIGHT UNSEEN. She helped with countless tasks and answered so many questions we had during the process. She was a miracle worker getting our house closed before we even made it to the state.I would give Shelly 100 stars if allowed and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone purchasing a house. As a first time home buyer we certainly couldnt have done this without her. Thank you, Shelly, for everything you did for our family!

Shelly was fantastic to work with and I couldnt have asked for a better realtor. This was my first time selling my house and, to further complicate things, my company was relocating me so I obviously had tons of questions and worries and needed a little further explanation in some scenarios. Shelly was very knowledgeable and offered more details whenever possible in order to help me better understand/ease my mind. If you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and experienced relator than I highly recommend you choose Shelly - you wont regret it!

From start to finish it was a rocky road because of our mortgage company dropping the ball numerous times but she stuck with us the entire way and listened to me vent on so many occasions.
