We met Shelby Traylor when we moved down to the area from Long Island, NY back in 2020. Our realtor, we were working with showed us a few homes, but nothing really caught our eye. So he took us to the Bill Clark Homes Carolina Creek Community & introduced us to Shelby Traylor. This was a new community in Hampstead, NC where we could build our own home. From the moment we met Shelby we felt very comfortable with her. She showed us quite a number of different models, answered all of our questions, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. But more importantly, she was very welcoming, warm and friendly. She even recommended a few places for us to dine. We ended up deciding on one of the smaller models since it is just the two of us now. The Lanai is absolutely perfect for our needs. But Shelby actually found us the perfect lot! It is so scenic and beautiful with a backyard backing up to nothing but trees. It is perfect for us (and our dog) in every way!! I think we probably have the best lot in the community! We are very grateful to Shelby!

Shelby is an absolute JOY to work with! Our journey to buy a home took over a year and she was so patient with us and our ever-changing list of what we thought we wanted in a house. She never pressured us to move faster and was always available to help when we were ready to keep moving forward. She truly cares about her clients and what is best for THEM. She is also super knowledgeable about the market and helped educate us along the way – giving confident advice and guiding us seamlessly to our first home purchase. I can’t recommend Shelby enough!
