She is professional, motivated, resourceful, knowledgeable, and ALWAYS has your back! But most of all, she makes you feel like family. We highly recommend Shannon Kramer and Cara Asher for your Austin Area Real Estate Needs! Simply put, they were awesome to work with when buying our new home in West Austin. They are knowledgeable of the area, caring (had snacks for my son during the house hunting), helpful (always willing to jump on a call day or night), they were our experts through the entire buying process providing guidance and opinions when asked but knew when to allow us to make final decisions and lastly, they have been a great resource for recommendations now that we have moved in. Honestly, they were great from the initial call to the celebratory drinks after our closing! …And on top of all of that, they truly seem to love what they do because it comes out through every interaction with them! Shannon Kramer and her team did an amazing job handling the listing and sale of our home. She used all of the current marketing strategies to get it sold as soon as it hit the market with multiple offers. She is so good at what she does! She truly cares about her clients and works really hard to fulfill their needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up with all the housing market trends. She is incredibly responsive and kept us in the loop every step of the way, making the entire process seamless. We have used her for years and have never had any issues or bad experiences. Shannon has helped me sell 2 homes. She knows the market well and my homes were priced to sell. Each time we had multiple offers and over asking price. During the process Shannon took such great care of us. The homes were staged beautifully, Shannon works so hard to make sure everything is on tract and absolutely perfect. I cannot speak highly enough about Shannon and her team. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!!

Shannon is an extremely talented Realtor. She backs everything she says up with data and knows how to strategize to get the best results in any kind of market. She has sold 2 of our properties and both times we received multiple offers AND over asking price (in 2 very different Austin markets, 2019 and 2023). Shannon recently sold our Austin home over the holidays and many houses in our area were sitting for months. Within 4 days of listing we had multiple offers to choose from. No detail went untouched. We had gorgeous listing photos, perfect staging, and peace of mind knowing we were working with someone who is extremely competent and protective of her clients. She helped us buy our home without a single hiccup. She is intelligent, enthusiastic, unbiased, and has a wonderful team to work with. She communicated with us throughout the entire process and sent reminders to make sure we hit every milestone/deadline. She has a wealth of experience and really knows her stuff. I know she must be in high demand based on how good she is but I felt like we were her only clients. She was always with us at all the visits and never missed any of our messages/calls. She helped us narrow down lenders and introduced us to a great title company too. It made the process seamless and felt like everyone was on the same page the entire time. Weve had the pleasure of working with Shannon the past 5 years for various real estate needs as well as selling our home last month. Shannon comes in on the first meeting and arms you with the knowledge of what the market is currently doing and gears you up for pricing your home in the current market. She made suggestions on what needed updating and a few other minor details that needed our attention if we wanted top dollar on our sale. We agreed, made most of her suggestions, and sold our home for top dollar in 17 days. Not to mention, her home staging skills rock! I almost didnt want to sell after she made our home so cute with the little touches she came in and did on her own. This girl knows what it takes to sell!!!
