Shama helped me find a home at the height of the pandemic in Austin, where the housing market is notoriously crazy right now. Before signing on with Shama as my realtor, I had tried to put offers on homes by myself to no avail. The competition was fierce among other prospective buyers and it seemed I couldn’t catch a break despite offering over asking price. After Shama became my realtor she helped me find a house in the part of Austin I wanted to be in the most while only paying asking price, including negotiating for concessions towards repairs prior to moving in. The experience was amazing with her. My advice for anyone looking to buy or sell their home is don’t try and do it yourself, you need someone accountable, knowledgeable, and who truly cares about helping you get the best deal possible. I highly recommend Shama Dasi as that realtor for you!

Shama helped me navigate the process of home buying last year, going to bat for me in a negotiation that turned complicated. If I didn’t have her patiently and tactfully advocating so strongly for my interests in that situation, I might have ended up with a bad investment. From there I pivoted to the buying of land on which to build, and she helped me with that process as well. Her negotiating skills got me a rare deal below listing price for the Austin market. I was very pleased with her clear professionalism throughout these experiences.

What can I say about Shama Dasi?! We just closed on our first home, and the experience was so much smoother than we expected. Shama did a GREAT job of being patient, understanding, and truly hearing what we wanted and over-delivering. When we had questions, she answered genuinely, honestly, and timely. One thing that I can’t be thankful enough for is how she educated us from start to finish - we dealt with realtors who didn’t, and we got so overwhelmed until we started working with Shama. Shama is an amazing Realtor! She is a true professional, and it shows. I recently closed a deal with her and she was on top of every detail, every step of the way. Her client got a great price on their home, and we closed in less than 10 days! To say that her client was happy is an understatement! I would highly recommend hiring Shama as your agent.

I have bought and sold many homes over the last 60 years and have never had an experience like this one. Shama handled the listing which was done quite well. But, it was the actual sale and negotiation that was truly remarkable. Shama brought us an offer for $1M MORE than asking but it fell through, within 24 hours she had secured a second offer for MORE! This also fell through but in another 24 hours she found a 3rd offer for the same amount which also fell through. Somehow within another 24 hours she found a 4th offer that closed! All with 5 days!!!! I cant express how grateful we are to Shama. If I had a life boat and needed to pick a handful of people and needed the best negotiator, I would pick Shama. Sharp as a tack, very high sense of integrity, knows the market and is wired to the stream of executives flowing into Austin! It doesnt get any better!
