Shalon is the only reason we are in our beautiful home! She sat down with us, figured out exactly what we wanted, and curated a select few options so we weren’t overwhelmed with too many showings. She answered every question (which was a lot) along the way and fought for us when we finally found “the one.” From showing to negotiating to closing Shalon was there handling everything so smoothly. We cannot be more grateful for Shalon and her dedication to helping us purchase our first home. She is so passionate about her career and clients, and we would recommend her to every person we meet.

Shay (Shalon) was an absolute dream to work with, Id give her 10 stars if I could! My family moved from central Texas to Tyler, not knowing anyone here and with limited knowledge of the area. Shays stellar expertise in the Tyler area helped us find the perfect home! She quickly narrowed down neighborhoods that would fit our needs and was the advocate we needed when the search got tough. Her experience in negotiation came in very handy near to close as the seller requested frequent revisions. She was always fast to respond, showed us many homes through live video tours (as we lived 5hrs away), and her flexibility with our schedule was amazing. We are thrilled with our purchase and our experience with Shay!
