Sha went above and beyond to find us our dream home. Together we looked at more than 85 homes and Sha was always willing to drive almost 2 hours one way to look at homes with us. Wow! I cant say enough about how positive Ms. Sha made this home buying experience for me. She is one of the most patient, kind and knowledgeable women I have come across in my lifetime. I met Ms. Sha in 2014 and she helped with the purchase of a new build. I sold that property in 2017 and told Ms. Sha that I wanted to wait three years before purchasing another home. Well the three years turned into 5 1/2 years but she helped me to purchase another new build which I closed on March 6, 2023. She has been with me through all of the overthinking, anxiety and stress (and lets not forget the good old frustration that came along with the title company and mortgage company) that comes along with purchasing a new home (at least with me 😊). She has always kept my two small granddaughters (4 and 7) in mind and had our backs when considering homes for me to view. She has even went as far as checking in on me while she was on vacation and entrusted her colleague (Ms. Cheryl) who was just as sweet, trustworthy and knowledgeable as Ms. Sha to fill in during my closing. Ms. Cheryl made me feel just as safe and secure as Ms. Sha did while ensuring that I understood my closing paperwork. To say that Ms. Sha is extremely knowledgeable about the entire home buying process from A to Z would most definitely be an understatement. Being the glutten for punishment that I apparently am, I plan on doing this again in about 5 years and refuse to do it with anyone else other than the one and only Ms. Sha with Sofie Tel Diaz Realty. Oh and the cherry on top of this enormous banana split is that the company honors their customers (past and present) with appreciation events throughout the year and that in itself was a huge added bonus for my granddaughters and myself.
