I would HIGHLY recommend Seth and his team to help you find the right home to buy in Austin. We told Seth what we were looking for and what was important to us and he found the perfect properties. We really didnt need to visit many properties because all of them were so perfect. It was just a matter of choosing which one to finally make an offer on. He helped us make a good offer, which the seller accepted. He and his team were right by our side during the closing process. We were first time home owners, so we felt nervous in the beginning, but he and his team quickly put us at ease when we saw how professional, honest, and genuine his team were. For anyone considering working with Seth Koppel, you are in very good hands!

Where to begin.....Seth has been our chosen realtor for approximately 11 years now. With 5 transactions between us, and another one on the horizon, we wouldnt trust anyone else!Some realtors are pretend realtors. A few dabble in it for fun. Others say they are qualified, but dont deliver. Very few have the capability to navigate to marketplace like Seth does.Why not choose someone who lives, breathes and genuinely LOVES what they do?!
