I want to give a huge shoutout to Sergio, as I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a home! Sergio went above and beyond by staying in constant contact with me and keeping me informed about available properties and loan programs. Thanks to his expertise, he was able to find my family the perfect home and program that allowed us to purchase it. Not only did Sergio find us a brand new construction home with all the appliances and blinds, but he also managed to find a program that helped pay our closing cost and helped with our down payment. He is incredibly responsive, answering any questions and providing detailed information throughout the entire process. Sergio truly goes the extra mile and is there every step of the way. He is definitely invited to the cook out!

A lot of people in real estate & sales are quick to push you into a specific direction, BUT that was not the case with Sergio. He very clearly wanted to help with what direction WE wanted to go. 🇺🇸 Sergio was very patient, kind, and diligent. He was comprehensive and patient toward our needs. Especially, when we changed our minds over location and the route we wanted; he helped us achieve it. My husband is a Spanish speaker and I was a first buyer plus almost about to deliver our second baby. Sergio helped us reach our goal timeframe and communicated with the company we were building with. At times, the company and its loan process had misunderstandings that worried us, and it led to confusion about us losing our deposits. (There were different people that were changed by the loan company during the course of time while building new). We wanted to give up, however Sergio talked to all the people and when the day finally came, we were celebrating with him and our families. A dream comes true in the perfect location for us and our new family. We have been living in our new home for a couple of months and its honestly the greatest decision we have made. We will always be grateful to him.-------------🇲🇽 Briefly, for Spanish speakers, Sergio was essential to achieving our dream. I highly recommend them, especially in communication. When there were problems with the company we worked with, he took care of everything. I was about to be relieved of our second baby. We changed location and route at home. In the end, we decided to buy a new house and we were able to design it to our liking.Sergio was very patient and understanding with us. The company that built the house changed personnel at the end of the process which made us understand that we would lose the entire deposit. That overwhelmed us but Sergio came to the rescue and also clarified our doubts.Thanks to him for his patience, understanding, his simplicity, and his meticulous work.
