Secily is always responding to questions and is always on real estate duty whether you text or email at 12 am or 5 am. She has helped just very recently for buying a house and selling our house. We took more than 8 months to finally get our dream home and have seen more than probably 50 houses. She is calm, patient and is always working with your (clients) best interests in mind. She also makes sure that your offer is competitive at market rate, something very few realtors do. I would like to highlight that she got us the best deal for our house which we never thought would be possible. Selling generally is considered slow in September month for this town. However, Secily put our house for sale in the month of September and worked tirelessly to market it in order to reach it to as many audiences as possible. Her efforts helped us to get a potential buyer within 4 weeks very near our asking price.Overall, the entire process of home buying or selling starting from looking at house, to putting offers, to negotiating with sellers, to inspections and to closing is all an easy cakewalk with her. She goes extra length all the time for her clients, and provides wonderful customer service for home buying and selling. I will highly recommend Secily for all your real estate needs.
