Sean was a great help on both the sale of our previous home and purchase of our new home. He was a calming presence during what turned into a fairly stressful time. In the end, Sean was right alongside my wife and I as we closed on our beautiful new home, keeping us informed all along the way. I would recommend Sean to anyone that is looking to buy or sell.

Having the right real estate agent is key to the whole home buying process and experience, especially as first time homebuyers. We were nervous we wouldn’t find the right home or that we would have to settle.Sean Hale took really good care of us. He was extremely responsive, answered all of our questions, went above and beyond to advocate for us, and ended up helping us close on our dream home.We never felt pressured and always felt like Sean really cared about helping us make the best decision for our family. He was able to provide solid recommendations for a mortgage broker, home inspector, title company, etc., which made the whole process so much smoother, especially because they are all established, respected professionals within their industries.In fact, we had incredibly positive experiences with each aspect of the home buying process. We felt so incredibly blessed the entire experience. It really was a dream come true.
