I really enjoyed working with Sarah. She answered all my questions and got things done. She is very determined to get the job done and makes you feel comfortable. I was able to find a home for my family in a timely manner. I was able to focus on my day to day tasks without stressing about finding a home. Shes very great at what she does. I was blessed to have her as my realtor.

After hearing stories of realtors who ranged from terrible to competent enough, I never expected to stumble upon a realtor with Sarah Cormiers unique set of skills and talents.Sarah is highly intelligent and a gifted problem solver who looks at ways to bring people together so everyone benefits. She brings tons of ideas & good energy, and she worked to facilitate the sale of my house (and help w related responsibilities) in ways no one else wouldve bothered with (some of the tasks were to ease my mind, since I lived 200 miles away from the house I was selling). Most importantly, Im a person who asks many questions---some of them challenging---and not only did Sarah not get impatient, she kinda seemed to enjoy it! And when needed, she presented my questions to specialists in her profession and related professions.If I ever again wanna sell or buy a house, I intend to call on Sarah.
