I can not say enough good things about Sarah. When buying a house, you want someone who will be honest and give you feedback on the houses you see. She was always 100% transparent with us and made us feel so comfortable during the whole process. She was always available and did not ever make us feel like we were a bother to her no matter the time of day. We were able to see a few houses and get an offer in within two days. From seeing the houses to the close date, Sarah made the whole thing so easy on us. We are SO thankful to have Sarah not only as our realtor, but as a friend. I would recommend her to every single person looking to buy or sell a home. Sarah is your girl. Shes amazing!

Sarah has been a dream to work with! She is so knowledgeable and was always available anytime we had a question or concern. When we decided to buy a new build home, we had no idea what to expect and Sarah was there every step of the way, from setting up meetings with builders, to making suggestions with small details that would be good for resale value vs ones that wouldn’t, to keeping up with the progress and time frame of completion with us and the builders. Sarah definitely goes out of her way for her clients and it shows. We hope to not move again for awhile but when we do, Sarah will be our first call. In the meantime, we will refer any friends and family needing a realtor her way!

Sarah was awesome to work with...super responsive. Very knowledgable about real estate, and was willing to tell you the truth even if it meant you were going to walk away. It never felt like she was just chasing commission. She wanted me to be in a house I love, and she always made it clear that was her priority. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Planning to call her again if/when I decide to move. Loving my new house!!

My wife and I first met Sarah 3 years ago by chance; We were touring open houses and checking out neighborhoods contemplating a relocation to Texas. At the time we werent looking to buy, we werent really sure about the relocation and the timing just wasnt right for us. Not knowing where to start Sarah helped us find a home to lease, the fact that Sarah helped us with no financial benefit truly resonated with us as to what kind of person she is. Over the next few years we got to know Sarah, she would send the occasional email ( not the weekly/monthly spammy ones ) and check in around holidays with little gifts and got to know our family. The time Sarah spent getting to know us and our kids allowed her to truly understand what our family needed in a home, the homes she brought to us always checked boxes and the intentional questions she asked while touring homes allowed her to fine tune the search and find our home for us. Once we found the home we wanted Sarah was there every step of the way through the offer, closing, and setting up the move. We couldnt have asked for a more perfect experience from start to finish; Thank you Sarah!
