If you are looking for a realtor that responds quickly, always asks for feedback on your home and works diligently every day of the week to sell your home, this is who you need. We listed our home during a typically slower time of year and Sarah and her team hosted several open houses. (She even had another realtor host for different perspective!) I love that I was able to call or text her with questions and always had a quick response. We love her dearly!

We have purchased and sold four homes and the homes we sold and purchased with Sarah Dixon were the best experiences we’ve had. She is the only person we will call if we ever need to buy and sell again. She goes above and beyond to help you find the perfect home for your family. She takes the time to really get to know you and your little quirks, to make sure she understands everything you need in a home. Ours was finding a space for a 12 foot Christmas tree and there wasn’t one home she showed us that didn’t fit that tree somewhere in it. She never asked why it was important, and she never made us feel like picking a house to fit a tree was weird. She knew that this was important to us, so she made it her mission to find us a home for our tree. We’ve seen so many homes I feel like a professional house hunter and not one time did she ever make us feel like we were disrupting her day or wasting her time. She’s the type of agent that if you can give her a little sneak peek of your vision and what you want your home to be like, she will make your vision your new reality. There wasn’t one question that I ever asked that she didn’t know the answer to, and if we did come across something, she would always double check.
