Sara helped me purchase my first home. She truly listened to my wants and needs and found me the perfect home! Sara made my home buying so easy and fun for me. I have now been in my house for 2 years and when it comes to making changes to the house, I always call on Sara first to get her opinion before doing anything. She is always glad to go over things with me and help me make the right decisions. Sara is more than just a realtor to me Sara is now a friend. I have had friends use her because of my recommendation and they have never been happier. So if you’re looking for a realtor call on Sara Black, she is the best in my book!!!

My husband and I recently bought our first home (while I was pregnant with our first child, btw), and working with Sara Black as our realtor made the process so seamless and actually enjoyable! Sara worked hard to understand our needs and always showed us houses that met or exceeded our requirements. Throughout the process, she was patient, flexible and helpful, especially when it came to explaining all the things we had no idea we would encounter as first-time home buyers. Shes very knowledgeable about the Houston area and also has a top-notch network of people she can recommend to help with all the other aspects of buying and moving into a home. Many of the people she recommended are still are go-to people today for landscaping and home repairs. I highly recommend working with Sara Black as your realtor.

Sara and the team (Clayton!) were consummate professionals and I consider them a top 1% outstanding performers. They were timely, organized, communicated well and invested tremendous time and energy into selling our home for the best possible price. We enjoyed working with Sara and her team interpersonally and we felt they went above and beyond. We moved to a new city out of state and asked Sara to help us find a real estate agent in our new city who was just like her (of course she did)! Great job to Sara and her team!
