We could say a lot of great things about Samir. Hes extremely knowledgeable about the ins-and-outs of the home-buying process and was always eager to share his knowledge with us. Working with Samir was a great experience. Hes patient, kind, and always demonstrating having our best interests in mind. Ill summarize our experience like this: we enjoyed working with Samir so much that we now consider him a friend and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a real-estate professional in North Texas.

We just moved from the North East to North Texas. Samir was our realtor and his services were exceptional! He is extremely knowledgeable on the entire home building process and is well connected with folks that provide home inspection services, hvac maintenance services etc. Samir single handedly made our entire home buying and moving process seamless. He made regular trips to our home that was in construction, kept us up to date on the construction progress and even represented us in the final walk through of our new home. If anyone is looking for a realtor in the Dallas/North Texas area, I would highly recommend Samir.

SIMPLY SAID, SAMIR IS THE BEST REALTOR WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH WHILE BUYING A HOME!He found us a wonderful family friendly neighborhood and helped negotiate the best deal possible buying our new custom home. Samir diligently followed up with us on every stage of the building process and since we were living out of State at the time. He would take pictures of the house and give us live FaceTime updates of various stages of construction. On numerous occasions Samir went above and beyond the call to help us with the transaction. I give him the highest possible recommendation and we will certainly contract with him on any future real estate transaction. Samir was an awesome agent for my wife and I!!!!! We were pretty particular about what we wanted in a home and Samir did not disappoint. He helped us to narrow down our search, and we visited dozens of homes. What I most liked was the way that Samir was always prompt and professional, but the icing on the cake was that he was one of the friendliest people I had ever met and was not in the least bit bothered by our seemingly endless search. In the end, after months of searching, we found our home! Even after we secured the home, Samir was diligent about making sure that everything was up to par for us, including a deep cleaning of the new home (the previous owner was a cat owner, and I am allergic to cats). I would definitely definitely definitely use Samir again. (Hopefully not for a while......I love my new home!)
