We are from Lubbock and didn’t know the Dallas metroplex area at all. We were looking for a house for our son who is moving to the area to finish school. Samantha was recommended to us and she was fantastic! We found a house right away and Samantha continued to assist and help us all the way through the whole process and even continued after that. She has an amazing personality and is very knowledgeable in real estate. She is energetic, devoted to her clients, has excellent follow-up, prompt responsiveness, and goes the extra mile. We needed her assistance at the last minute and she did everything perfectly and went the extra mile to get appointments and showings set up, and then had excellent assistance and knowledge to close the deal. She was great in making suggestions for places to visit, shop and eat. Samantha was so great to work with I would highly recommend her to anyone! We connected so well that I would call Samantha a friend! And someone who I promise to call to ride horses!

Samantha treated us not only as clients, but as friends. She was warm and eager to help us find the home of our dreams for our little family the moment we first connected. House hunting can be stressful, and she helped ease us into the process, answered every question we had, no matter how small and ALWAYS made a point to make sure our needs were met. She fought for us to be able to view the homes we wanted when communication from renters was limited and difficult to navigate. She was with us every step of the way, and after. I’ve had experience with other realtors and working with Samantha was stress free and an absolute joy.
