We really enjoyed working with Samantha on our rental agreement. She was recommended to us from another realtor we work with and I always believe the mantra that the best people know the best people. Samantha is great with communication and very helpful with advice, guidance and tips. She gave us all the information we needed to make sure our rental contract was successfully executed and kept all parties in the loop at all times. I feel like we worked together to ensure things worked well – choosing days that worked for all parties involved and I feel like I was listened to as much as I followed her professional guidance. I truly feel like she is there when you need her (as promised) and a great equal partner to work with who will offer you excellent advice and guidance. Thanks for everything!

First of, let me start by saying my husband and I weren’t even looking for a realtor - we were just looking for a rental in Austin. Along the way we got connected with Samantha, and it made our search 100x easier. She put together a list of properties in our budget, hustled to show us places multiple days in a row, and made our lease signing super smooth. Even AFTER we had signed the lease, Samantha was still more than willing to get us additional info on the rental and even went to the house a few more times to help us. If this is how she helps her rental clients, I can only imagine how she is when buying a house! Samantha is the realtor for you if you want someone who is down to do showings, has excellent communication, and is super honest/reliable.

My husband and I needed to move from Houston to Austin and we had no idea where to start! Thankfully, we started working with Sam and she made the process so smooth and easy for us. We had new listings to look at daily that fit exactly what we wanted. We weren’t able to travel to Austin to see any homes so Sam recorded everything for us, she was so thorough, it was like we were there! Within 6 weeks, we were signed for our new home. I recommend working with Sam to get all of your future housing needs met! She is so patient, kind, and makes herself available to you for any questions/concerns (we had a lot). She also goes above and beyond for her clients with hand-delivered goodies after closing. Thank you Sam for all of your hard work and input on our behalf!!!

Absolutely best realtor i have ever met in my life! Recently we moved from NY to Austin TX and Samantha did unbelievable job finding us house we were searching for.Even before moving she was going personally to places and sending us videos and photos to have clear understanding what we are looking at.
