Samantha was so professional & lovely to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable & made sure that my husband & I knew everything that was going on throughout the entire transaction. Choosing Samantha as our realtor has been by far, THE BEST decision we have ever made! She was very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and super professional! We were extremely impressed with her negotiation and quick-thinking skills! Samantha kept a close eye on the land we had been wanting to purchase, and when the time was right, she advised us of a price-drop on the land & still managed to significantly lower the newly listed asking price and saved us thousands! Samantha is an outstanding Realtor, Samantha set me up with a lender that helped me repair my credit when others just turned me away. I also had a list of things needed with my new home and Samantha found multiple homes with everything I asked for and more , buying a home is not something I recommend doing without a experienced Realtor dealing with builders can be a nightmare but Samantha has the knowledge and experience to make it a smooth process.

Samantha took pride in helping her clients with their ultimate goal, selling their home for the most that it could be sold. As a listing agent, she was an asset to keep this transaction moving along, tracking every next step and always responsive when I was following up on things that might affect appraisal or loan itself. Although she was the listing realtor, she was very helpful and accomodating with buyers needs and wants as well. As loan was readyb to close earlier than contracted date, she facilitated the early closing date securing a lease back for her sellers (at no expense to them) to not rush them to their next journey. As a loan officer, this experience with a listing realtor was a great one for me. Samantha is highly responsive, and knows the importance of clear and prompt communication between everyone involved in the buying/selling transaction of real estate. I highly recomend her realtor services to anyone.

I was looking to rent a house and Sam went above and beyond to help me look for one! I work 8:30-5:30, so she worked late hours and took me to see multiple houses when I was available to help me so I didn’t have to take time off from work to stick to traditional office hours when searching for homes. She’s incredibly informative. She informed me of my options if I was interested in using a VA loan to buy. We ended up renting, but I love knowing my options! She went over the lease with me and made sure I understood everything I signed. She always followed up with me and consistently communicated with the property manager to make sure everything was going smoothly. I couldn’t ask for more in a realtor. I’ll definitely be working with Samantha Dominguez again when I’m ready to buy a home!

I have never been more satisfied! My homebuying process with Samantha has been a crazy journey but wonderful. I am active duty in the Air Force, and she took care of me better than some of the people I serve beside. She is someone I would go to battle with. I just PCS’ed to San Antonio and she is knowledgeable when it comes to anything VA and FHA loan related. She takes care of active duty and veteran clientele. There were a few bumps in the road when it came to my homebuilder and people along that chain not doing their job, even the appraiser. My appraisal came in too low, and the building company was supposed to provide properties like mine that sold for the same price for justification. They did not do their job, and I nearly lost the home. I had no faith until she found a loophole to fight the VA appraisal. Samantha came in and not only stood up for me and told people to get it together, but got my appraisal value to go up. She then got the builder to come down in price to meet the new appraisal which was less loan amount for me. All said and done, she got me in the home and I got money back in my pocket for my new home. I can tell her work means a lot to her. She’s not only thorough, but ETHICAL in all she does for you as a realtor and person. I could not have done it without her. Thank you for your service Samantha Dominguez!
