Samantha was so helpful as we looked for our new home in Austin! We were relocating for from out of state for work and didnt really know the neighborhoods. Samantha was really great at helping us understand what part of town would make the most sense for us, really being sensitive to finding the right match for us and our lifestyle. She spent countless hours with us - we felt bad about how many places we needed to look at to find the right one, but she was so patient and helpful. Ultimately were really pleased with what we ended up with and could not have done it without her. She is a great communicator and very knowledgeable about Austin. Highly recommend!

When we started the process of buying our first home, we had no idea where to begin. We heard about Sam through a friend who had also just purchased her first home. We reached out to her and immediately started the process. Sam was extremely patient with us and really took our housing critiques and comments into consideration before showing us more homes. She was also realistic with us about housing red flags and fixes which we greatly appreciated. Sam was there every step of the way, answering late night and weekend texts from two very nervous/ anxious buyers. After we purchased our house, got the keys and walked into our home for our first night, we found the sweetest basket made up of Austin local favorites. It was truly the cherry on top for our buying experience. Weve been in our house almost 3 years now and I can truly say Sam is a dear friend. Highly recommend!

Samantha was a fantastic listing agent. Being a local Austinite and seasoned realtor, you can tell shes got more knowledge and expertise than most others youd encounter in this field. She knows the ins and outs of the city, contracts and well-versed in negotation. Cant possibly say enough good things about her level of professionalism and genuine care for her clients. 6 stars if only there was the option.
