Sally Walden represents the future of real estate, combining technology with tried and true real estate principles. She is a master at virtual staging which allows buyers to see a homes potential without the need to spend a ton of money on staging and furniture. Sally is not just a realtor, she is a visionary. Her energy, her attention to detail, and her ability to put herself into the mind of the buyer is unparalleled.I was given Sally Waldens name by a family member who had secured Sally as their realtor after their 1.3 million dollar home had sat on the market for 3 months (listed by Greenwood King) with little to no activity. Their house was an amazing historic Heights home but the previous realtor wasnt showcasing the homes true standout potential. Sally came in with amazing energy, gorgeous marketing materials including a custom website for the home, and obsessive attention to detail.
