She let us know what things to pay attention to & kept us from feeling completely bogged down in pages of paperwork haha. Purchasing or selling real estate is stressful and Sadie helps reduce stress inherent in the process with her reassuring and calm temperament. I have worked with a couple of relators in the past and didnt have great opinion about relators till we met Sadie! Sadie helped us on our rental properties and she has really set the bar high!Sadie is more than just any realtor. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, knows very well on how to modify her strategies based on the market response and is a real go getter. She does all this without the pushy salesmanship and as her client that made us very comfortable to interact with her. She genuinely cares about her clients and this sets her apart from most others. Sadie was necessary in helping us buy our home. We were first time homebuyers and she answered our endless questions with so much detail! Every time we went and looked at homes she gave us her professional opinion but she also let us make our own decisions and didn’t try and steer us in any particular direction, she wanted to make sure we ended up in whatever home made us the most happy. We bought in spring of 2022 and it was a very stressful time to buy but we had some peace of mind knowing that we were in good hands. We suggest Sadie to every one of our friends and family who decide to buy homes and the next time we need a realtor we’ll be giving her a call!

She exactly knew how to write description of the property, what is the best price and how to advertise it. She helped lot of my neighbors and friends to sell/buy/rent their property. In my opinion, she is one of the best realtors of Austin.

We worked with Sadie to purchase our house in Georgetown in April of 2022, right when interest rates started climbing and the housing market was extremely tight. We toured many houses with her and put in offers on two. We got the second house we bid on despite there being many other interested buyers with increasingly competitive offers. We love where we live and Im convinced we would not have ended up here if we had worked with anyone else. Sadie was extremely attentive and tactful during the bidding process. She was friendly and thoroughly explained the massive amount of information that is thrown at you when the home buying process starts. She was there every step of the way and still checks in on us even after the purchase. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
