Ryan Weddle was recommended to us by close friends who worked with him a few years back. Being first time home buyers, the complete process was all new for us & add to it the current market where homes were far & few in between, we were not sure if we would really get anything. In came Ryan with his friendly attitude and sharing tips and information about the homes and their conditions on each showing. That really helped us learn the nuances of the home buying process as well as help clear our requirements. Ryan was very patient with us as well as with the market - the way good offers came up blank and kept us interested through the 4 month hunt. His knowledge of the DFW area as well as other related tasks like home appraisal, inspections, etc. were of benefit to us.We would highly recommend Ryan, especially for first time home buyers.

Ryan was great to work with. He puts a lot of effort into researching all of the details so that I can make informed decisions when selling our home. He also has very good negotiating skills for both buying and selling homes. The thing I liked most about him as an agent is that he noticeably makes sure he listens to every question, concern and request and follows through. I recommend Ryan Weddle 100%. He was hands down the best!He advised and guided us to get pre-approved for a loan. He was always willing to set up showing appointments quickly. We fell in love with a new listing and Ryan again, immediately set up a showing for us. We found out that a lot of people were interested in this home and multiple contracts were being collected. I cannot recommend Ryan enough! He was incredibly responsive, open, and easy to communicate with. As our ideas of what we wanted evolved, Ryan never failed to adapt. We always felt like we were a priority, and nothing was too small a reason to call or text. His knowledge and willingness to share that knowledge made us feel comfortable throughout the homebuying process. We had a blast getting to know him as we searched for our first home! We will 100% be using Ryan and the Rhodes Team again down the road.

“Our Journey with Ryan Weddle was so wonderful. He made house searching so easy for us, all we had to do is tell him what we were looking for and he did all the work! He really made us feel like family and like we could count on him for anything, from finding the right house to helping you work on your house to get it ready to move in! He really goes above and beyond her duties to help you find your house and making sure everything is safe for you and your family! We couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Ryan!Early morning texting, late night phone calls and emails; always positive and always cheerful.
