Besides the amazing work, Ruthie was truly a godsend to my family. Only someone with her capabilities, patience, resources, and just overall determination could have helped us navigate this rollercoaster of an experience trying to sell and buy at the same time. Ruthie displayed exceptional response time to our inquiries and if she did not have the answer she would get someone who does. In the 5 months we worked together she never lost faith and continued to present options for us until we landed in the perfect home. I do not have enough words to describe how professional Ruthie is, but even more she is an amazing human being. Everyday we are thankful to have met her and in some ways think she is an Angel sent to us at the right time. Anyone who gets a chance to work with her should consider themselves very very very fortunate.

Ruthie is an incredible real estate agent! My wife and I had tried and failed to close on 13 homes before switching to Ruthie as our agent. With her experience and willingness to go house hunting within 24 hours of requesting, my wife and I were able to purchase our first home within a month of enlisting her help. She is incredibly personable, and very easy going. Whenever my wife and I decide to move, we will be calling Ruthie immediately.
