My husband and I used Ross as our Realtor to sell our house. It was an incredible experience and we will be using him to help us find our dream home in the near future! Ross is extremely responsive, which is something really important to us. Every time we sent him a text or email, we immediately got a response back. Any concern or fear or question we had, he immediately answered and gave us consistent confidence throughout the entire process. Ross was very organized and proactive in getting things done before we even thought about doing it. He is a good listener and was successful at giving advice backed by knowledge and experience and then empowering us to make confident decisions that were tailor made for us. We sold our house for what we wanted in a difficult economy. That’s a WIN! And because my husband is a health care professional, we qualified for the Homes For Heroes program that Ross is a part of...as his way of giving back. Such a wonderful experience all the way around. Highly recommend.

As a law enforcement family, the Homes for Heroes program helped us pay for all of our moving expenses which was an added bonus Ross helped us get to help us transition into our house. I was looking to buy some land in Randall County TX. I reached out to Mr. Kallenberg. Even though it was out of the area that Mr. Kallenberg normally works, he was able to secure all the information needed to make the purchase to include points of contact. Reached out to Mr. Kallenberg a few times with questions, and without hesitation provided assistance. Mr. Kallenberg went out of his way to provide information on other properties in the area which gave me a better picture of the property I was interested in which assisted in the purchase. I would recommend Mr. Kallenberg to anyone interested in making a home or land purchase.
