My husband and I have sold many homes over the years and Rosemary Lewis was the best realtor I think I have ever worked with. She was fair and stayed in touch through out the whole process. Sold our house in a weekend and many, many offers of course selling over the asking. She marketed and worked the PR so everyone was aware it was for sale. If you want to sell she is your person. We love her. By the way she stays in touch in after the sale!!!

I dont even know how to not max out the character count in leaving a review for Rosemary and her team. The confidence of good character that you get with Rosemary is the best foundation. You arent another sale, you arent another person just floating through her business..she WORKS to customize your needs from sale to purchase. We relocated out of state and she connected us with trusted sources on the other end. Our home was sold quickly in a market that wasnt too favorable and we owe it all to her and getting the leads needed to make that happen. Shes beyond organized with walking you through the process, handling allllll the little details that are overwhelming and you dont want to think about while trying to pack up your life. I could go on and on, but trust us when we say, shes the best realtor weve ever had. 10/10 recommend!

And at the close of our home, her estimate was spot on.We experienced a few challenges with our builder, and Rosemary led the charge to resolve those issues. Rosemary is such an amazing realtor. I moved to Texas from Illinois, and before I even got here she had picked out several properties for us to look at and showed them to me via FaceTime. I told her what I was looking for and my price range and she performed miracles. Rosemary was very honest about the conditions of all of the homes no matter the price and she had a whole lineup of associates that she worked with to provide appraisal, insurance, mortgage etc. This whole process took 3 weeks and we closed on time. I never had anyone realtor work this hard and make the process look so seamlessly. Rosemary took extra steps after the closing to ensure that we were happy and this was 4 years ago. Each year Rosemary does a customer appreciation day and these are very generous, very classy affairs. Hands down Rosemary is an excellent realtor and an all around wonderful, thoughtful, kind hearted person. Truly a blessing to do business with her and have befriended this wonderful person. My next purchase will definitely be made with her and her team!
