    I met Ms. Rose back in November of 2019. Upon meeting I expressed that I wished to purchase a house for my growing family. However I had a few drawbacks...I had some long-standing debt as well as a not so good credit score. In all honesty my credit score was trash.Not only did Ms. Rose find the perfect property for me with the perfect homeowners who where flexible...she also plugged me in to a credit counselor/repairer! After about 6mos I am knocking on a 700+ score and about to close on my first house! I never thought I would see this day but thanks to her knowledge , patience and competence It is all happening!Ms. Rose and her team are HIGHLY recommended!

    Had a great and reliable experience working with Rose. She will do right by you and make sure things are in your best interest. We spoke with other realtors before Rose but the others seemed either uninterested or uncommitted and never got back to us after the first few calls and text messages. I have attended every one of them with the exception of about 4, due to circumstances beyond my control. These classes are quite informative and anyone can join.     If you’re looking for someone to help you look for a house OR sell your house, look no further. My husband and I have had the honor and blessing to work with Ms. Rose for both. When we first moved to Killeen/Ft. Hood area, we were were looking around and talked to but did not sign any contracts with other realtors because we were looking for THE ONE. None of the realtors took our inquiries seriously or paid much attention to what we were looking for. On went the search. We met Ms. Rose at an open house. She asked us a couple of questions and told my husband and I that she was going to work her hardest to get our family in the house we wanted. We met with her in office and she got down everything we were looking for. She stop, smiled, and said she thinks she’s got the perfect house for us. Lo and behold, it was home at first sight. We loved that house dearly, but being in the army, it was soon time to leave. We foolishly went with another realtor company to sell/rent our house at the reference of a friend. I won’t say the company (but rhymes with the line seam) and they were just horrible. We quickly felt the repercussions of not going with our gut and staying with Ms. Rose. They cared NOTHING about us and working with us. It’s their way or nothing at all. That’s a story for another time. After having to deal with them, my husband and I looked up Ms. Rose again and let me tell you. After we got our waiting period Done and over with , she was ready to go when it came to helping us sell. Our house is now in the process of being sold.
