I couldn’t ask for a better experience on purchasing our first home with Roland. He was very knowledgeable and was with us every step of the way. No matter how many times we called him with questions or with houses we wanted to view he always went above and beyond and was patient with us. When showing us houses he gave us his honest opinion and suggestions while also helping us keep an open mind on potential problems and solutions. When getting our inspections and finding some problems, he guided us on compromising with the seller and we ended up getting everything we wanted fixed at no cost to us. We will definitely be using Roland again in the future on buying or selling and will definitely be our first choice of reference when family or friends will be needing a realtor.
