We have just moved to Texas from New York, and Dee and Garrett made this incredibly overwhelming process so much easier. Right off the bat, we saw they had impeccable communication and responsiveness skills. While we were still in NY, Dee initiated call/video meetings with us to discuss our needs and expectations. When it was time to come to Texas and visit houses, she dedicated all her time to us, was prepared with a list of all the houses we were going to see, and directed us to attributes we should be looking out for. She pointed out pros and cons of every property we visited. She was adept at negotiating and getting us the best terms. Dee and Garrett also answered all our questions and guided us through the inspection and closing processes We are so happy with our house and very grateful to Dee and Garrett for doing an incredible job! So of course we all know that buying and selling a home is never easy so its important to have a good team on your side through the whole process. In 2023 I had no idea how overwhelming my process would be but had I not had Dee and Garrett on my side I likely wouldnt be where I am now. In 2017 I choose to buy a fixer upper that I figured would be fun but ended up being a time and money pit that seemed never ending. When I met the Rodgers team I was only looking for a lot of land because my house was not move in ready so I figured the land would be a long term plan. Dee and Garrett were able to sit down with me and show me that there were many people in the market that had the time and resources to make my house into something great which opened up greater opportunity to buy a house and land making it a much closer future. We started on the market around late summer of 2023. We started off advertising to investors that could flip the home quick but also stayed open minded that a normal buyer could be interested as well. We were not in any hurry to sell because we had to ensure the sale was for enough to make the purchase affordable. Dee and Garrett put our house into many different channels stirring up lots of interest from all over the San Antonio/Austin area. I got lots of offer for the home but didnt get an offer that would meet our need until 2024 and at that point I had multiple options to pick from. Dee and Garrett really kept me informed on all offered that were presented, kept me updated on what the sale revenue would look like (I am a HUGE numbers person), what options we had with negotiating like having the buyers paying certain concessions, and so much more. Well I did finally accept an offer and unfortunately the buyers realtor really was not meant to be in the job she was in. Because their realtor dropped the ball over and over, Dee and Garrett stepped in to help the buyer get paperwork signed, connected them with a lender that spoke their language so there was no conflict in interest with the realtor translating, and stayed on top of the realtor to ensure we closed at all. Because of this team I have the land and home I wanted and was no longer stuck in the house that would forever cost me my sanity, time, and money. I can honestly say I would recommend no one else to do the job. They are honest, friendly, straight shooters, and above all they are driven and will do what it takes to help you get your dream accomplished.Dana

Dee and Garrett have been the best (and only) real estate company that I have worked with. They helped me and my wife buy our first house together and my first house ever. They graciously took us from Timbuctoo and back while we searched for the right house with the land we wanted. In the process of making offers and walking away from homes I saw how tenacious and caring they were through the process and always knew they had our best interest in mind. They even fought to ensure we werent responsible for closing costs that were forced on us by the sellers. Dee and her team were extremely professional and absolutely amazing to work with during the entire home buying process. We bought our house sight unseen and Dee dropped everything to go see the house the day I called her. She took the time to video and talk me throught the house.
