I used Robyyn Flahart to sell my home in Roanoke, TX and buy our new home in Fort Worth, TX recently and she was outstanding.Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Robyyn stood out as the best Fort Worth has to offer: her organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on her site easily), her social media presence was strong, and I could tell she put a lot of work into her listings.I spoke with Robyyn and then met with her at my home. She spent hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes she has sold, how long her listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. I was concerned that my house, which was located pretty far from downtown and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Robyyn made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors dont (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.When I saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We had multiple offers after the first day.My house went under contract soon after I put it on the market at over asking price. I accepted and Robyyn walked me through every step of the closing process. It couldnt have been a more pleasant experience.As for finding my new house, she was able to find one close to my work, that was brand new construction at a great price with extras thrown in to close the deal. After helping me navigate the closing process, Robyyn was able to help me get the new house quickly and with ease.Ive recommended Robyyn Flahart to everyone I know. Shes a true professional and a genuinely nice person. I realize it wont always be this easy to sell your home, but I think youd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

Robyyn Robyyn Robyyn, WOW!! Where do I start? Lets see…. I sold my house, and was essentially homeless. Robyyn was the notary for the transaction and found me a place to rent in less than 7 days!! She went TO WORK!! SHEESH!! You have no idea how much stress she took off of my back. She’s not a realtor, she’s an angel from above!
