Then due to us closing days from Christmas, she turned into bulldog mode to keep others in line to ensure it happened when it was supposed to. Love that! When it came time to sell our parents home, we wanted the right agent to list our property because it was an older home in need of repair. We contacted Robyn Price and she came over to see the property and give us her thoughts on selling. She was very professional and kind as she asked questions and gathered information about the property. Robyn was very encouraging about being able to sell and ready to get us the best offer possible. Robyn is amazing. She helped me buy my house when I wanted to get out of apartment life. And she just helped me sell it when I decided to move. I seriously dont think theres anyone better in the business, and if youre a first time buyer (or just kinda dumb about these things in general like I am) she will hold your hand every step of the way. Shes a lovely person and fantastic at her job.

My husband and I recently relocated to Dallas with very little knowledge of the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide us than Robyn Price. She was fantastic to work with every step of the way and became our trusted advisor on not just choosing a home but the Dallas market and the city in general. She is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of home buying and gives her clients the info they need to make a well informed decision on both interior and exterior details of the home. As with any home purchase, unexpected issues arise- should this tree come down? Who can fix the plumbing? The list goes on and on; however, Robyn had a recommendation for every problem we ran into and even connected us to someone who could help. Having complete confidence in your realtor and knowing they have your best interest in mind makes a stressful process much easier - especially when you’re moving across the country. Robyn even followed up with us a month after moving in to give us tips on surviving a deep freeze and how to protect our home. In spring 2018 we found out that we were going to be first time grandparents. It was wonderful. The only problem: we lived in Dallas, Texas, and the grandbaby would be born in Portland, Oregon.We chose Robyn to be our realtor, and she helped us through every phase of selling our Dallas home.She helped us decide on an appropriate asking price based on recent sales of comparable homes, and she did a great job marketing our home.We quickly received an offer for our asking price, and Robyn continued using her expertise to represent us through the inspection and negotiations. We closed quickly, and we were able to make our way to Oregon and relocate in time for our granddaughter’s birth.Robyn is easy to work with and has the expertise to help with buying or selling.

The best realtor in all of Dallas!! We were moving from CA and needed as much help as we could get. We did not know the area and did not know where to even begin, but Robyn was more than willing to support our journey. From our very first phone call with Robyn, to finally closing on a home, she never failed to help us with every step. When we first arrived in Dallas to look at a few properties, she spent the whole weekend with us, even driving us around to show us the whole city and all the different neighborhoods! After we got back home, she would send us listings every week and was in contact with us frequently. We truly appreciated her help and could not have purchased a home in such a competitive market so soon without her guidance and support. We will recommend her to anyone we know in the area.
