Exactly a year ago, Robyn helped us find our incredible new home in Abilene in the country in our quest to move from Troy, Tx to be closer to our daughter and her family. Just as we found this house and concurrently putour Troy home on the market, the mortgage rates were jacked way up, which FROZE home sales. Instead of our expected quick sale, it turned into a three month slogging through no offers. We were afraid we’d lose the Abilene house, but Robyn kept in constant contact with our sales agent and the seller’s agent. Happily, we finally sold in December and immediately closed on our Abilene home. THANK YOU ROBYN!!

Robyn’s knowledge of not only the current market and inventory was able to find us the perfect ranch. Her professionalism was far above and beyond any past experiences I have had in the past with purchasing real estate. She help navigate and guide us through the process with ease making it an absolute pleasant experience. Her negotiation skills even helped us to get the property well below asking price. Robyn not only comes highly recommend but she preformed well above our expectations.
