    We did it! Our home selling process with Ms. Roberta was a good first home selling experience! Our timeline was tight and the pressure we put on ourselves to sell was high and Ms. Roberta was with us every step. From our first phone call to our closing date Ms. Roberta and her team was there with honest and caring guidance and hard work for our family. The journey to selling in such a tight window was tough at times and Ms. Roberta was always there to answer our texts and calls listening to our thoughts/opinions while providing us excellent feedback and service. There were times where we weren’t sure but we did it and Ms. Roberta and her team were a huge part to that - And now on to the buying process with Ms. Roberta and the team!

    You are in good hands with Roberta at every step of the process. Roberta provided excellent service through every step of the process. She provided us with clear information and honest opinions. She did not pressure us in one direction or another, but guided us to make good decisions. She researched every question we had when she didnt know the answer outright.     World class experience . Mrs. Roberta went above and beyond in so many ways; from finding contractors who did great work for cheap, to coming out of pocket for minor on the spot repairs. She made me feel like I was her only client and that my property was the only one she was concerned about.     Satisfied with my Agent.Buying property in another State is not the same as buying locally. But my agent Roberta has been supportive and willing to help. I am from California and buying in Texas. She was always there for me to answer questions that I have. Even when some difficulties arose with the purchase, she is always there to assure me it will be ok. Thank God we got through it.     From the moment I inquired on Zillow about the property I wanted to view, Roberta contacted me within a few minutes, on a Sunday!!! She was very upbeat, friendly, and professional. She researched and gave me information on day one. Whenever I had a question, she responded by text, email, and she answered the phone (imagine that). She stuck with me throughout the entire lengthy process, even when I felt like giving up. She gave me gentle nudges when I needed to get things done. All I can say is…listen to her.
