Rob was awesome to work with. He is very knowledgeable and professional and will help you every step of the way. He pointed out areas of homes we looked at that were potential concerns. He cautioned us from overpaying for a house that was almost 80k more expensive than the surrounding neighborhood and ultimately helped negotiate a good deal on a house that were very happy in. We will definitely use Rob again for our next home search. 10/10

Google needs 10 stars for service like this!! My wife and I have known Robby through our church for many years and we have witnessed his success in the real estate industry. So when we were having to relocate due to work he was first one we reached out to. What a great move that was!! Christy and I could not be more satisfied with all that Robby did to help get our home sold. It was a unique home in a special location so getting comps were a challenge however Robby’s experience and research paid off. The photo team was spectacular, the marketing strategy perfect and even the timing of when to go live were all key in making a quick sale.By the time our listing went live we were already impressed but when the negotiations began I was blown away!! His experience was a huge asset!! He handled everything. His communication was great! He kept us informed on the things we needed to know but kept us out of the drama that we didn’t need. Because of the distance of our move, he was not able to represent us as buyers, but I have called him many times to get his opinion. Some of his suggestions helped us secure our future home and we are grateful to have had someone like Robby helping us through this process!!

We were moving from out of state and Robby lined up all of our showings and made sure our limited time in Texas was productive. The Austin market was very competitive and we made offers on two different homes but we were one of many offers. Robby had the idea of driving around our desired neighborhood to look for houses not yet listed. We called on a “coming soon” home, and made an offer the next day!
