Roarke went above and beyond as my realtor. He was very professional, had strong communication skills and listened to my needs for my first home. He was quick to find homes that matched my criteria. He took the time to explain all of the documents to me as a first time home buyer with very little knowledge and made the whole process very smooth and efficient. I would 100% recommend Roarke to anyone I know!

I was fortunate to work with Roarke in my search for a new place to live with my dog and two cats. From the start he was very friendly and very receptive to what I was looking for. He was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive to my inquiries. He understood how important certain criteria was to me and in the end I found a place I know I’ll be happy at.Roarke is very knowledgeable and I would absolutely work with him again in the future. Hopefully next time it’s when I am buying a house.

We were moving to Austin from CA and a friend had recommended Roarke and we couldn’t be happier! Roarke met with us several months ago to get a better understanding of what we were looking for, and from there he provided us a custom portal with houses that was updated weekly, and made viewing and choosing potential houses effortless. When it came time to view the house we wanted, Roarke coordinated with my friend to walk the house with them on our behalf. Lastly, Roarke negotiated several items on the lease agreement on our behalf to ensure it aligned with our needs & asks. We can’t thank Roarke enough for helping us find the perfect house in Austin!
