Renie Masi is an exceptional Real Estate Agent. She supported us throughout our house search and went above and beyond on our behalf. She is an exceptional person who we put our complete trust in and she delivered! She did a tremendous job communicating all the details that come with a home purchase and was always available to answer questions and assist us through a complex process. We are forever thankful.

Renie is truly amazing! I was referred to her by my girlfriend who personally bought and sold her house with Renie. And whose family also purchased through Renie. The recommendation was a perfect match.Renie brings years of real estate experience to the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex which ultimately helped me put in a really competitive offer on my house. As a first time homebuyer, Renie was always willing to answer my questions. She also has assembled quite the team to assist her. She brought great recommendations on Lenders and inspection services that made the buying process go even more smoothly.

Renie does it again. She has been our realtor for the last 5 years after being referred to us by a friend from work. He of course raved about how amazing she was and how she was the hardest working realtor. At first I wasn’t sure how true that really was until she came over and put our first house on the market. She is very quick to point out what to work on and doesn’t beat around the bush, which I like. Renie had many suggestions to move stuff around and what needed to be moved out in time for pictures to be taken to make our house feel like a home to the next future home owners. After putting the house on the market and one weekend of showings she had our house sold. From start to finish she was everything I heard about her and more. Next she helped us find a rental while we figured out where we wanted to go next. Five long years later we called her up finally ready to get back into the market again. Renie once again showed her amazing negotiating skills as she put in our offer and got required repairs done. We closed on our second home today. Everyone should have a realtor that has your best interest at heart and treats you like family. I walk away from my experience with a life long friend and realtor.

Renie has helped me buy and sell. She is amazingly smart, efficient and knowledgeable. But more than that she is friendly, loves a laugh, and will make you feel that you are her only client. My husband and I had to stop our house hunt with Renie ( after showing us a lot of houses) due to his transfer. When we resumed 2 months later she was just as enthusiastic as when we first met her. Renie is a gem!

Renie is the best realtor I have ever had (and I have had a few in my 60+ years of moving around and buying and selling homes). I told her that we would be moving 1800 miles away and that there would be several issues that would need to be addressed, by the realtor, after we left that included:- Remove the household furniture and items we would not be taking with us.- Have touch up painting done that would be required to sell the home.- Have a cleaning crew come in and do a thorough clean up.- Have the carpeting cleaned.Renie said that she could find the resources ( ... I know a guy ... ) as well as manage the process of getting all of this done.Not only did she do ALL of that but in the course of the home sale North Texas experienced severe storms that resulted in a roof leak and she managed to have the roof repaired and additional painting done.You will not find a realtor who not only delivers what is promised but goes above and beyond, like Renie.Renie does it again and again ... 5 stars are not enough!Thank You Ms. Masi!!p.s. I almost forgot ... She even forwarded 2 prescriptions that were delivered after we left. Renie is the Best of the Best!!

We were referred to Renie Masi by our friend, whod closed a home years ago and stayed in touch. As first time homebuyers, my wife and I were nervous going into the process, but Renie put all of our concerns at ease by being our knowledgeable advocate at every step. We met with her in a community my wife and I wanted to tour, and she did a great job asking questions to the builder that we wouldnt even know to ask, and then explaining things in a way that we could understand. With Renie at our side, we felt confident and got to enjoy touring homes instead of stressing that wed miss something important. She also took the time to get to know us, including what we were looking for in a home, and then showed us other homes that checked those boxes. We cant thank Renie enough for making this process seamless thanks to her in-depth knowledge, patience, and personal care for our interests. Were thrilled with our home, but when it comes time to sell we absolutely want to work with Renie again. We will continue to highly recommend her to all of our friends and family!

Renie is the hardest working real estate agent I know. Renie was recommended by the toxicology department at UTSW. She helped us purchase our first house. Over the years, we became friends and Renie again helped us with 2 additional properties. Each experience was stellar from beginning to finish. There are real shady agents out there but NOT Renie. Shes very responsive and honest! When showing, she will point out the goods and the bads. Never pushing clients to buy or sell. She does have your best interest in any transaction. I highly recommend RENIE for all your real estate needs.
