We chose Maelia and her group to represent us selling our home. We had no idea how amazing, easy, and simple they would make the process. She was extremely professional and gave us great advice about what we needed to do (and not do) to prepare the house. Then she helped us stage it. Before we knew it, we had 3 people bidding on the home. She handled way more details than I ever expected and provided a 5 star service. As a matter of fact, we were so pleased, we used Maelia and her group 6 months later to help us purchase a beach condo in South Padre. Amazing service, amazing professionalism, amazing people. Maelia Davis is the only realtor I would EVER consider using, because she is simply the BEST. Everyone on her team is professional and courteous. Maelia is a force of nature! We met her when we bought a house from her in 2017 and instantly became close friends! The house we had before had not sold in over 4 months. We turned it over to her, she revamped the entire marketing and staging approach. And in a few weeks she had a renter for us that helped us make a nice monthly profit and eventually she also sold that house for us when we decided to sell it. Since then, shes sold the house we bought from her, shes sold a lot of land we had, shes sold my brother in laws house and a close friends home (both of those had been on the market over a year with nothing happening). We love her and are looking forward to making some real estate investments with her.

Maelia and her team were a complete godsend!We were late to the game in wanting to put our house on the market over the summer months, so Maelia jumped on things quickly, helped us get the home show ready and photos taken within the week. We listed on a Thursday, had an open house on Saturday, and an offer by Monday. With her expertise and guidance, we held off for a few days and ended up in a bidding war that resulted in ultimately selling at $20K over list. All of which happened within 1 weeks time. Not to mention we had gone through 2 other realtors in the 2 years prior, who were unable to get the job done.I can not stress enough the importance of choosing the right realtor and Maelia is definitely the women for the job! I can’t sing her praises enough. She is professional, does so many value adds to the home selling process, and just an all around gem.
