I had an extremely positive experience with Addy when I bought my mom’s condo. We were pressed for time because it was during Covid and mom wanted a place of her own asap. I bought Addy on board and she immediately went to work for us. She secured an excellent price (below market value) for us using her great negotiating skills. Addy handled the transaction with ease and within the month, my mom was in her new home. I would just like to thank Addy for all of her hard work. We packed and moved to a different city while our house was listed and showing. She provided a plan by submitting a professionally written proposal listing out neighboring properties and how much our property would worth. She also provided next steps on the best way to list, pricing, professional HD photos and videos, successfully launched the open house, and sold the house above the listing price in the timeline that we asked for.
