Assisting my mother sell property near Canyon Lake. I researched the internet and found Jesse. When I called him he was very professional and extremely helpful. In fact he called me in in a very short time to tell me that he found a potential buyer with an offer that exceeded my expectation. I told Jesse to go for it. Within a short time we had the property sold. Jesse is awesome and I highly recommend him. You can not go wrong with him.

Best word to describe Jesse and the service he provided in the recent sale of a house is conscientious. He considered his clients interests from start to finish and truly advocated on their behalf. He was effective at anticipating trouble before it came and when problems arose, he immediately had two or more solutions ready. The one exception was a roofing situation that came up after closing. Jesse acknowledged his misstep, made no excuses and once more had a solution already on deck. Overall - trouble or no - he was proactive, particularly in initiating communication. One never needs to be concerned with long periods of no contact.Jesse was highly knowledgeable about real estate law and other ins and outs of real estate in general including the market that the property was in and market trends globally. He priced the property in such a way that offers started coming in from the first day of showings and an offer was accepted within seven days of going on the market. Yet, the price was appropriate to the market.His disposition and demeanor are pleasant and easy going. Easy going should not be mistaken for laziness as Jesse worked long hours with business at times being conducted as late as 11p and as early as 7a. When setting appointments, he showed up when and where he was supposed to be or communicated when he would be late. Jesse seems never to be tired and has a seemingly unending supply of energy. He is blunt and outspoken, which some may find off putting but was appreciated when it came to delivering hard facts. He is blunt but not harsh or salty. Delivery of bad news, however, he did with the velvet hammer approach, cushioning the negative news with a positive outlook and putting a good face on things. He was also expert at expressing empathy toward his clients,Five stars to a rare gem in the real estate world. You will hire him as a professional broker and keep him as a friend.

Jesse is a highly motivated person and realtor. I’ve seen the guy put in eight consecutive 10 hour days on a bobcat to change the landscape of a property into a lot a buyer would be happy with. He definitely works very hard and goes the extra mile for his customers. I’ll definitely be working through him if I move again in the future.

Dont let his young look fool you. He is an extreme professional and super ethical. I first met Jesse when I sent out several emails to various relators at 730am on a Saturday morning. He responded right away--it was days before I heard back from the others. He is there for you and he held my hand every step of the way with my transaction. He is not just a realtor, hes a teacher and has your best interest in mind 100% of the time.
