I cant say enough good about Ryan Kyle. Ryan worked tirelessly for several years to find us just the right property. Our needs were very specific. He was always on the lookout, but his services went way beyond finding us houses (we can do that on Zillow). He made the entire process simple to understand and easy to navigate from beginning to end. He helped us get a great price when we bought a house and get a great price when we sold our home. Even when the washer valves were leaking in the laundry room when we moved out and damaged the wall the day before closing, Ryan had a plumber in there in half an hour, and negotiated a deal with the buyer so that closing was not delayed. Even when the sale was done, he got a few things for our kids to play with that were unique for our new property. Ryan looks at the long game and is obsessed with giving his clients a great experience.

Recently had the opportunity to work with Ryan & his team on a transaction where he represented the seller, my team was responsible for the financing. Ryan was incredibly professional, easy to communicate with and offered expertise throughout the transaction that I know well represented his selling clients. In a laid back but very clear way, he communicated expectations up front to protect his clients interest and made sure that we had a very smooth transaction, despite some challenges on the buyers side. All in all, it was a great pleasure to work with Ryan and anyone considering using this 5 star team to buy or sell would be making a very wise decision.

Ryan Kyle was awesome to work with! He really showed us all of our possibilities. He broke things down for us and was so detailed. That helped us know exactly what was there for us. We were in a time crunch looking for a new place and he was super quick and setting up appointments and getting us list of possible places. He was a big help to us.
