Best Realtor agent ever!From the first meeting, and as an agent for eXp Realty, Rebecca was very professional, arriving on time, provided eXp Realty materials, performed a walk through the home and gave staging suggestions. Rebecca did not rush us and spent time answering our many questions. We followed all her suggestion and got the house ready for sale. As this was also during the global pandemic (shelter in place) we were able to sign paperwork and communicate electronically- Rebecca was always quick to respond! She gave us a suggested schedule for the best get to market - and we followed it! After the second day of showings, we received two offers! Rebecca navigated us through all the closing activities and was always involved and ready to help! My advice to anyone contracting with Rebecca is to listen to her - she knows how to do this!! Rebecca was an absolute Godsend for me and my family. We had a rollercoaster of emotions trying to find a home on our own. Rebecca is an amazing realtor and in my belief, ONE OF A KIND! My husband and I couldnt have been luckier to have found her when we were looking for a place to live before we moved into Texas. We have lived in 6 states and although we havent owned a home in each, we have used plenty of realtors to find rentals as well. Rebecca has helped us with 2 rentals, 2 home purchases and 1 home we sold. Each and every time she puts her heart and soul into finding us the home that suits us and that we love. She is patient and we never feel rushed to buy something just because weve drug her around the DFW area, and believe me, we have.
