We met Rebecca at a Halloween trunk o treat that sukaza had hosted in October 2024. We exchanged contact information and she followed up to set up an initial appointment to see what our goals were and set up a plan for our first home purchase. My husband and I made the choice to choose Rebecca as our realtor due to the compatibility and trust we felt with her. We did our initial mortgage application and got pre approved. We sent Rebecca homes we liked and she listened to our wants and needs. As an educator myself, I highly appreciated the time she took in our initial meeting to educate us about certain processes/steps, and terms that we would see on contracts. She stuck with us throughout the process, kept us up to date about counteroffers and negotiations and overall exceeded our expectations as first time homebuyers. She will and did make the commitment to be available as much as possible. We would choose her again in the future. Thank you Rebecca for the hard work you did to help us find our home❤️

What can I say about Rebecca Vinton... Incredible realtor and incredible human being! My husband and I first began our home search journey with Rebecca in 2022. We started with asking questions about renting a home, we got on a zoom call and Rebecca explained THOROUGHLY all the differences between purchasing a home and renting a home. At the time we were not ready to do either so we waited. In between 2022-2024 we worked with 2 different realtors and did not have good experiences and we began to think this is how all realtors were but Rebecca was always in the back of our heads. We came back to Rebecca knowing that she was the best realtor for us because she has always had our best interest in mind. She got us in touch with the best loan officer, Yvonne Garcia with Town Square Mortgage and we spent about 5 months prepping our finances to purchase a home and once we were ready, we began home searching. Rebecca spent countless hours updating our online portal, doing home tours with us driving all around DFW, answering questions day in and day out and never got annoyed with us but instead always told us to ask questions and she would let us know that she wants us to be educated before making this big decision. We appreciated this so much as this would be our first time purchasing a home so we wanted to be well educated. My husband and I greatly appreciate her heart and dedication to us, her clients and her many years of experience! We had a fairly smooth home buying process and I truly believe it was because of the peace Rebecca carries and all her years of experience to knows the ins and outs of everything and how to handle everything that comes her way in the process. We purchased our home in May 2024 so have been moved into our home for about 2 months now and we still reach out to her when we need help with something and she is always willing to help and find a way to support us. We cannot thank Rebecca enough for the heart that she has to serve people and to make a lasting impact on the people she comes in contact with. I would recommend ALL my friends and family to consider her as their realtor. AND she also makes the BEST welcome home baskets!!
